Once reported, our moderators will be notified and the post will be reviewed. it also works the other way around - if you have outlook 2007 and word 2010 then just copy winword.exe from office14 to office12. Help!!! I've tried the suggestion Lance gave for add-ins, as well as the language one.

Thanks for posting. I go back and change the language and it lasts for a few moments, then returns to Finnish, Italian or a range of other obscure languages.
