Every time I create a new rule and select "run rules now on messages already in this folder", nothing happens. This is what I did and it seemed to resolve my rules issue...Go into your rules manager (Rules and Alerts) and then click on the options button and export your rules I really should post when I find something that works.I was having a problem also with random "No Information" values in the "Scheduling" Tab in outlook so I looked that up Reply RP says: July 17, 2012 at 12:09 pm OUTLOOK 2003 I have many rules to delete “un-wanted” spam mails.   • I've had to run Scanpst.exe (see here for more details on it: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/287497) in the past and it's resolved issues.
  • What I relized today, once you create the rule in 2007 you may have not reviewed some "optons" outside of the rule itself.
  • If it does work now, locate the ost-file for your mail profile and rename it to .old and then enable Cached Exchange Mode again.
  • Start Outlook.2.
  • On the E-mail Rules tab, click the client-only rule that you want to modify.
