Anytime things get flaky w/ Outlook it's a fast test to recreate the Outlook profile. I've changed the default send/receive times from 30 minutes to 10 minutes, created completely new .pst files, run the scanpst program on them, repaired Office, etc., etc. Test. Thanks for the suggestion of the disable in the drop-down list. There is no need to restart Outlook. But, it does not automatically receive mail when I first open it and I have not been able to resolve that. Just a cautionary footnote to this. You must enable both of these options or else Outlook 2016 will not do an automatic Send/Receive. Does anyone know how to delete the "All acounts" send/receive group??
