Thank you. The Process Information fields indicate which account and process on the system requested the logon. Password and account lockout settings protect accounts and data in your organization by preventing a person from guessing another user's account password. From a Windows 7 or Windows 8 client perspective, all the related documentation suggests that OWA change password requires the use of Kerberos Authentication for user accounts. page
Note that this feature might not be enabled by your Exchange administrator. This documentation is archived and is not being maintained. It will save IT and HR a lot of time dealing with "users". Now both my exch 2010 OWA (CAS) boxes are experincing this issue.

When logging into OWA with a mailbox user, notice the Change Password option is not listed in the settings menu anymore. Select Assign a policy.
