Outlook 2013 Presence Indicator

On some of the Outlook clients no presence indicator is shown, but reightclinck the mane of the contact correctly shows his/hers presence. If the presence integration is successful, then users can share their availability in Microsoft Outlook. Thank you for this!

I did it but the dword value in the registry keeps reverting back to 00000002 it will not stay at 00000000.
