But the Indexing is done on the Client PC localy, so if they have access to the Mailbox the Indexing service should do its job. Once you are in the view setting, on the left hand side you should see a menu with 4 icons this sits just above the standard inbox / subfolders. Thanks for the fix!!! Solved.
