Since then I've modified the VBA script so it works on both Office 2003 and 2007, gives better error messages, automatically replaces the disabled Reply To All buttons, allows editing messages Why it affected Reply To All is still beyond me. I was a ninja. It seems that for reply all and print, Outlook has logged out of the Exchange server, but was still logged in for sending, receiving and other functions.
