Workarounds are to use Outlook 2007/Outlook 2010 or Exchange 2010 OWA. Looks like we will be keeping an Exchange 2003 PF server around for awhile. If anyone here calls in, do let me know the support case number for tracking. The free/busy folders are system folders and function in a manner that is similar to offline address book folders.

These are active PF that may create problems for exchange and old Outlooks. Further, the free/busy info is OK until June 1st, 2011 for all; why does it stop at that date?
