Under Indexing, verify that the data files that you want to include in your search are selected in the Index messages in these data files list. On the E-mail tab, click the Exchange account, and then click Change. When I opened a .PST file from another computer in the LAN I got the same exact error message. You can display the results of the search in reverse order, newest to oldest, by clicking the header. Modify the report design after the wizard is done to make it look better. I have also tried multiple computers. Under Microsoft Exchange server, clear the Use Cached Exchange Mode check box. The name of the file you're going to import is "archive" and you're going to import it into your current email account. How?
