This is happening to multiple users (not sure about all, but certainly the 3 I've tested). After that I apply Service Pack 3 no issues reported since then. Clear roules and it will work fine to end user. Had a look on mail tracker; I can see the incoming mail but nothing going out.

If my co-worker emails me or if I send a message from a outside service I do not get a automatic response.
