If it does then I should know how to fix it. What now? Check if hyperlinks work in your Outlook. I know, sounds like nothing, but it fixed a whole bunch of link and urlmon.dll-related errors that were driving me nuts and crippling my programs.

You could hose yer machine! I got an error message that Outlook failed to send the message. I updated Firefox to 43.0. click Sorry, I was thinking of Outlook.com in the browser, but you are referring to Microsoft Office Outlook 2003.
