You can set default AutoArchive settings but also overrule them on a per-folder level or via a manual Archive.In some cases you'll notice that AutoArchive or Archive is not working as Join Now I have a user whose Outlookmailbox refuses to archive. I use OL2002 so I am familiar with AutoArchiving in that and earlier products. My archive works fine now.
